Two nights glamping at Holycombe in the Cotswolds from £22.50 each
Spend two nights living in either a yurt, tree house or a dome set amidst beautiful Cotswold countryside and near to the historic cities of Oxford and Cheltenham. If you love the outdootrs and a bit of comfort then glamping’s the way to go.
You can choose to stay in The Dome Diwali, The Tree-house or The Yurt Yami, each has exclusive use of a tiled shower room and toilets. There is a kitchen that comes equipped with an electric cooker, sink, fridge, and the basic in pots and pans with enough cutlery and plates for 12 people, so you can invite for dinner!
There’s also three chairs, a wicker sofa plus a patio with a picnic table. Please note: The church bells in Whichford ring every 15 minutes, day and night, all year round and bedding is not included you bring your own.
The Dome Diwali
Dome Diwali is cosy and sleeps up two 2 people, it’s 12ft in diameter with a wooden floor, double bed and a wood burning stove, rug, table, cushions, wind-up lamp and lantern. There’s also a fire pit in front of the dome for you to enjoy using exclusively during your stay, so toasted marshmallows is a must!
Wonderfully secluded, a little penthouse that provides a double room that’s big enough for two allowing for lofty living up a tree, it’s really homely with a rug, lanterns, electricity and wood burning stove. You also get your own kitchen hut, that’s equipped with a chiminea, running water, electricity and a compost loo and you’ll even have your own private fire pit, so you don’t miss out on the roasted marshmallows.
Please note: You have to use ladders and be OK with heights to stay in the Tree- House and swinging from ropes yodeling is not permitted! 🙂
The Yurt Yami
The Yurt Yami is roomy and large enough for 4 people, and is furnished with 4 single futons and a double sofa bed. There’s central heating, so no need for the furry onsesie, plus electricity, along with a wood burning stove, pleasant furnishings with an Indian wall hanging, kelim rug and bedside tables. You can also hire a separate double-bedded Boudoir next to the yurt for an extra 2 people or just to have a separate sleeping space for a fee of £50 per stay. Sorry no fire-pit so no roasted marshmallows!
